- Cardholder places call to our toll free number and speaks to one of our many live operators.
- Cardholder identifies the type/amount of payment and the agency to be paid. This information includes all predetermined case information required by your agency.
- Cardholder, not your agency, will pay a reasonable convenience fee, which is fully explained by our operator prior to obtaining electronic approval.
- PayTRUST Solutions notifies the cardholder immediately if their transaction amount has been approved.
- PayTRUST Solutions will immediately notify your agency the payment has been made.
- We will reconcile with your agency per your instructions. PayTRUST Solutions guarantees to provide 100% accurate and timely statements to your agency.
- Funds transfer from PayTRUST Solutions to your agency via direct deposit or manually processed check. The option is yours!
- Cardholder may go to your agency website or directly to PayTRUSTSolutions.com site to process a payment. (Note: We can process all payment applications through the Internet with the exception of Cash Bonds/Cash Bail.
- Cardholder simply goes to the payment button link.
- Cardholder identifies the State, Jurisdiction, Agency, Payment Type through a series of scroll-down, easy-to-follow menus.
- Cardholder enters required information by your agency specific to the payment type including the amount owed.
- Cardholder enters credit card information required for payment.
- Cardholder receives a confirmation receipt with optional accompanying e-mail receipt.
- Payment is credited and reconciled with your agency per your instructions. Payments made to your agency are available for immediate viewing and printing report features. We take great pride in safe, timely and accurate reconciliation with all of our customers.
- Funds transfer from PayTRUST Solutions to your agency is available via direct deposit or manually processed check. The option is yours!
